I enjoyed excellent service and would stay here again. I had a comfortable experience here, everything was good, the location was unbeatable short walk to the airport and the mall. The hotel room was brand-new with an amazing view.

Courteous staff, gorgeous breakfast, good service. The king suite was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. Beautiful lobby. Perfect location, walking distance to richmond centre mall. Besides, it was not too far from downtown, that worked for us.

i stayed at this hotel for weekend, it was a decent stay. quick check-in, quiet beds and generally exceptional service. room was large and carpeted, i really enjoyed it. the breakfast had lots of selection, the food was great. the pool was nice and i had warm drinks in the irish bar.
